‘Teacher Track’ by Bhaktaaa and ReVo LEKHAK vaunts authority in the Hip-Hop scene

On a release sprint since his acclaimed album, ‘Kaan Ke Neeche’, Bhaktaaa has been constantly contributing to the underground rap game while showing his lyrical prowess and catchy flows. One can’t deny the Delhi-based rapper’s distinctive persona that sets him apart from the generic styles in the scene. On the other hand, ReVo LEKHAK, a Uttrakhand-based rhymer, has settled himself in the rap scene thanks to his unmissable rhyme schemes and unique flow. Released on the 26th of August, ‘Teacher Track’, by Bhaktaaa and ReVo Lekhak sees the artists uniting Eyepatch’s production.

Lasting a bit short of three minutes, the track starts with Bhaktaaa’s verse, where he talks about acceptance in the Rap community. He recalls his career and the efforts he has put into his art and puts it in contrast to the achievements and respect he has gained due to his music. Bhaktaaa has an appreciable way of sticking to the theme of a track instead of blabbering about unrelated things and adding insignificant bars as fillers. His flow attracts attention to his bars complimented with a very lucrative and vibey rhyme scheme.

ReVo LEKHAK has completed the larger part of the track featuring his quirky style of rapping. The way ReVo constructs his verses, adds ad-libs that make one feel that so much is going on, and then gives a final touch with his unmistakable flow makes him stand out from every other individual in the scene. The way he executes his verses allows a listener to feel as if he is present in the studio with ReVo recording. In this track, he presents a very uncut and realistic approach on the mic while theming his aggressive verses around his artistry and the persona he presents.

‘Teacher Track’ is a very straightforward message to the individuals undermining the talent and hard work put in by these artists. The 2-versed hookless track is produced by Eyepatch and sounds quite old-school, with superbly played drums and a snappy sample. The beat sets a tone for the rappers to talk their hearts out with ruthless bars and present an unforgiving attitude.
